Kyle Lowry totaled six points, four rebounds and five assists in Game 3 before leaving with a hamstring injury.
Heat point guard Kyle Lowry left Friday’s 111-110 loss to the Hawks in Game 3 with an undisclosed hamstring injury and did not return.
Heat coach Erik Spoelstra had little to add after the game, saying that the full extent of Lowry’s injury wouldn’t be known until further examination slated for Saturday.

Lowry left with 1:59 remaining in the third quarter, at which point the Heat led by 13. The Hawks outscored them by 14 the rest of the way, retaking the lead for good on Trae Young’s floater with 4.4 seconds remaining.
Lowry finished with six points, four rebounds and five assists in 23 minutes.
With the win, the Hawks now trail the best-of-seven series 2-1. Game 4 is Tuesday at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena (7 ET, NBA TV).
